Plumbing Angel at Home Depot :)

I want to thank Leo in the plumbing department. He gave me the knowledge to fix a plumbing problem. I discovered a leaky faucet that had to be fixed at my house. I have very little knowledge about plumbing, except every time you work on plumbing in one spot, it creates another issue down the line (maybe that is not typical of everyone's experience). I have always been the flashlight holder, then my husband passed away and I need to make some of the repairs. So, I took pictures of the problem and headed to the closest Home Depot. I was helped by Leo in the plumbing department that morning. He helped me find all the things I would need to repair the problem; pipe, connectors, and the faucet I would need. He layed it out on a table and showed me just how to fix it. I took a picture of that, too. I knew I'd forget once I got home. When I had all the parts, I was able to fix the faucet. I can't tell you how good it felt to turn the water back on and nothing leaked. Woo hoo!! What a relief! I may have danced around a bit! Thank you for your patience and explanation, Leo!

My experience with Home Depot has always been good. The people are extremely friendly, customer service oriented, and they go out of their way to service you.

Poor Customer Service

The so called manager named Michelle at this store, shows very poor customer service for the most simplest of things. I would not shop here or advise others. This lady doesnt know how to provide resolution for a simple matter as in helping a customer pay for the products they are buying at the register. She needs to be demoted and be retrained in customer service. One would think seeing her age she'd know better, obviously doesn't.

Plants at Home Depot and Service with A Smile

I was so very pleased to go plant shopping at Home Depot yesterday. I was greeted by an associate name Diany. She was friendly, professional, helped me select a plant for a friend and showed me their selection of other plants. All the plants were well watered and cared for. Thanks Diany! I've told all my neighbors to visit your dept.!
