An enjoyable experience

Visited store just before Black Friday and Black Friday specials were stacked all over store... in any space available. Was a little difficult moving about with a shopping cart.

Just a fantastic, reliable source for everything we need...

We LOVE this store and visit weekly, if not daily sometimes in the middle of a project! I admit, the military discount is definitely a contributing factor for our family to get a little break there compared to other stores, but beyond that, they almost always have everything we need to make our home better in one, convenient stop. I particularly like finding the items online first, reading the reviews, knowing the price, and printing the location. So then we walk into the store knowing exactly what we need, what aisle to find it in, and how many are in stock. And the Internet so far has been surprisingly accurate in cutting down my in-store time. But even when I forget to research first, there is almost always someone there asking if we need help. And there is almost always an associate there willing to help me load it into my car. The hours are also MUCH better compared to other local alternatives who close before we can get there. So we end up counting on this store for nearly everything we can: appliances, building supplies, carpets, countertops, cabinets, storage shelves, and almost anything else we need, we will buy here first whenever possible.

I had a 6" screw break off halfway in a bed post, & could NOT get it out! A young man gave me 2 suggestions, & I decided on getting a grinding wheel for my drill, so that I could give the screw flat surfaces, of which I could then grab ahold of w/ my vice grips. Worked like a charm! He was also efficient in giving me advice about protective gear, so that I didn't end up w/ metal shavings in my eyes or skin. Thank you!

A store employee followed me out to my car and offered to load the heavy flooring materials into my car for me.

It's a great store, almost always has what I'm there for. If it doesn't I go online and order the item I need.

Two and a half hours at Home Depo

Shopping with the boss is a challenge. One neither of us like to shop and I'm never know what we are there for. After two hours we found one employee; in the plenty- of-staffed store, to go out of there way to help us. Hope he gets recognized for his hard work.

Looking to save at home

I went into Home Depot to look for a heater to save on my heating bill this coming winter. I found one on my own. The product stated to operate on floor and I have carpet in the area I want to heat. The associate saw me looking around and we discussed what I could place under the heater to protect the carpet and walked me to the area I needed to be in. I picked out what I needed and proceeded to check out.

I Love this Store

I love Home Depot stores in general and given a choice, I'd live next door to one. Since that's not likely, I'll have to be content to make the long drive to shop there. We've shopped HD stores in Casper, WY and Billings, MT, but the store in Sheridan, WY is my favorite. It's 130 miles from where we live but it's worth the drive to shop there. The store is clean, personnel are super helpful and know their products. I tell everyone what a nice store it is.

The folks at this store are very helpful and actually come up to you and try to help. It can be intimidating in these big warehouse stores but not this one.I got help making a special order online, finding stuff in the store, loading my lumber on the cart, at checkout, and loading my trailer.The best Home Depot experience I have had after many years of shopping various stores.The 2x4's were straight and true as well.. a rarity.

This store is a great place to shop! We have been shopping at Home Depot for several years because the associates go out of their way to help us find the products we are looking for. Product availability is excellent plus if its not in stock they will order for us and it arrives in just a few days for pickup. The assistance we receive at the loading area is extraordinary. As a new homeowner of an older home that needed a lot of TLC, I have made so many trips to the Home Depot. Every single time, I have been treated with respect. I have gone into the store with ideas of what I want and all the employees have been knowledgeable and, many times, have saved me money by suggesting other methods and products.

At the check out we were having difficulties with a gift card. The cashier was patient and took about fifteen minutes of time she didn't have to. She could of told us to figure it out on our own, but she stuck with us until it worked. Very friendly.
