We have shopped at Home Depot for years and almost always get the product we are looking for. This trip was no exception and would like to thank Christa, the associate who assisted us in our purchase. She was very friendly and knowledgeable about the appliance we were looking for and is a positive credit to Home Depot.

The employees are friendly and helpful

Hal at the Pro shop helped me clarify and order on a new washer and dryer. The employees in the carpeting area really helped me narrow down my choices and coached me on what carpet is best for pets with nails.

Mia was the best!

We went to the store thinking it was a Saturday and they would probably be too busy to assist us. Mia immediately acknowledged us and was very helpful. We were able to order new appliances in a timely manner and get on with our weekend.

My grandma bought a grill today and despite several employees either not knowing what is going on or stopping helping us to do something else and then leave for lunch without telling us they left, we had a good experience with Scott K. He was thorough, helpful, kind, and determined to find her the grill she wanted. He even loaded it for us. Kudos to Scott because we almost walked out before he helped us.

Don't trust you will receive a military discount. If an item is marked a price and it doesn't have a sale price, beware it may or may not apply. I suggest asking an associate to walk around the store with so you can know if it's eligible.

Great products

I have only shopped at home depot where ever I live. When I had a house built in Texas all my appliances and supplies came from Home Depot.

Pay in cash so you can't get double charged.

I bought a microwave and was double charged. I called and was told I would be refunded in the morning, that did not happen. I had to file a theft-fraud report with the police to get my money refunded.

I've been to many Home Depot stores. The Sheridan Wyoming store was and is heads and shoulders above the "great experience" bar of them all.

General Store

This store is very poorly run and the employees need to be trained in Customer Service skills. Every time we shop there the employees do not greet us not do they look like they care to engage in their customers like they should. They will look at you but it seems like they just look right through a customer. Some even try to avoid eye contact with their customers and try to act like they are too busy for that. The only reason we shop there is because we can't find what we are looking for in other stores here in our town. Sometimes we will travel for up to two hours to another town to shop at other stores before going in to this store. The customer service skills of this store are severely lacking and I would recommend that someone from above this store's manager go in to this store "undercover" to see what it is truly like to shop at this store and do it unannounced. That will truly reveal the very poor customer service skills your employees truly have.

I love the Sheridan Home Depot! The staff is wonderful! They are so very helpful, approachable, professional, and friendly. The store had some wonderful Black Friday specials this year.

Large Appliance Purchase

We went into Home Depot to purchase a new Refrigerator and Stove. Mia met us in the appliance department and made our customer experience exceptional. She worked with us until we found the right appliances to meet our needs. It was a pleasant experience.

Home Depot is our primary go to source for all our building and fix-it needs. I can’t say enough good things about the associates who stop what their doing to offer me any assistance I might need. Two of my favorite people are Shana & Robyn!

We had a great visit and help with Becka while we were ordering blinds. She took us through different configurations with the vendors, and made recommendations and suggestions along the way. She was able to save us over $700+ on our order and was extremely patient and thorough with us as we reviewed the final order. Very happy with how we were treated and the outcome. Always a great staff at this store!

Our Sheridan, Wyoming location is always a pleasure to shop in. It is always clean, well-organized, easy to find items, and the employees are friendly and eager to help. This time of year, their Garden Center is filled with beautiful plantings and flowers, that are watered regularly. This spring has been especially challenging for them, because of the extreme heat. I cannot commend all the employees enough, on their job performance.
