1. How to measure your bra size

It might be time to do a little measuring.
You’ll need 10 to 20 minutes to do your measurements and look up your bra size in a chart or calculator.

Step 1 Measure your band size
- hold the tape around your underbust
- pull it a bit tight
- write down the inches or centimeters

No measuring tape? You could try the fruit method to find your cup size.
Knowing your sizes will give you more control when shopping for a bra. You might be just in between two different bra sizes. Also depending on the bra style and brand, you might wanna try them both.

3. How often does a bra size change?
Maybe you lost some weight or gained some. There are lots of reasons our bodies and breasts change.

4. Why wash your bras regularly?
Washing your bras regularly (by hand) is needed to clean and strengthen the elastic fibers.
And did you know it’s best to rotate between your bras and give them a rest?

Always start with your bra band size first.
There are about 14 different band sizes. Although not every brand has the whole range of band sizes 28 – 54. This is how you find your best bra band size
7. Bra band size too small?
Most support from a bra comes from its band. But we surely don’t need a bra band that is too tight.
8. Small bra size chart
Bra cups AA and AAA are often not listed in an ordinary bra size chart. If you do check the wrong chart you likely end up with a cup size too big.
