Sticking to the keto diet or any diet for that matter-during the holidays can be a major struggle. And explaining to your Great Aunt Linda why you can’t eat her famous homemade dressing is always a blast.

My first Thanksgiving experience on the keto diet was a littletoughHUGE DISASTER and consisted of me picking through carb-filled casseroles and eating nothing but turkey as I watched my family feast on all my favorite foods. It took all the willpower I had not to cheat, and by that, I mean dive face first into the green bean casserole!

I was miserable, and I was starving. I figured out if I was ever going to enjoy Thanksgiving or any holiday meal again, I’d have to take matters into my own hands-literally-and learn to cook the Thanksgiving classics keto style.

Finding the best recipes and ingredients to duplicate my favorites took some time, but now that I’ve got a little over four years of experience I’ve built up a mighty collection of low carb resources. Today I’m sharing a few of my favorite keto Thanksgiving recipes with you in case you’re planning your turkey day menu.

Now, about these recipes…We’ve got plenty of variety to cover all the bases.
